June Recap and July Goals

For my last blog post of the month, I wanted to a recap of my month and talk about what goals I accomplished. I’m also going to share my plans for the next month and my July goals.

July Goals

June Recap

Post 12 videos

My goal for June was to post 12 videos on my Youtube channel and I ended up posting 14. I definitely achieved this goal and I’m so excited about all the content I’ve been creating.

Post 8 blog posts

This is my 8th blog post of the month so I accomplished this goal as well. I’ve enjoyed getting back to my blog and posting regularly. Even though some posts weren’t my best, I’m glad I stuck to posting twice a week on my blog.

Go somewhere new

My next goal for June was to go somewhere new. I’ve been going out and doing fun things this summer. One of the places I went to was Coronado and I had never been there before. I ate lunch at the Hotel del Coronado and walked around the town.

One book a week

I definitely accomplished this goal and I ended up reading over 15 books in June. From romance novels to marketing books, I read more way more than I thought I could this month and I hope to continue that the rest of summer.

Vlog more

With doing more fun things and adventuring during summer, I wanted to vlog more of my life. I love vlogging because I can capture my memories and experiences. In the begging of the month, I did vlog, but I didn’t vlog as much at the end of June. I hope to vlog more throughout the rest of summer.

July Goals

Post 13 videos

I want to continue posting three times a week on my channel throughout July. I’m going on vacation for a week so I need to plan ahead, but I think I can do it.

Hit 1,000 subscribers

I thought I would be able to hit 1,000 subscribers by the end of summer, but now I think I can hit my goal by the end of July. As of now, I’m less than 75 subscribers away. If you’d like to help me reach my goal, check out my channel and subscribe.

Better blog posts

I enjoyed getting back to my blog and posting regularly, but I want to put more effort and time into it. I want to work on making my blog and my blog posts better. For July, I might not post as many blog posts as I did in June, but I’m hoping to have better quality posts.

Relax more

I feel like I’ve been going non-stop even though it’s summer. In July, I want to take the time to relax more, especially during my week-long vacation. I want to spend the week at the lake doing absolutely nothing.

Get back into planning and using my bullet journal

Planning is something I love to do, whether it’s in my Erin Condren or in my bullet journal. I enjoy planning and it’s something that’s relaxing for me. I want to get back into planning in both. Also, I want to keep getting better at calligraphy and doodling.

That’s it for my recap of my June goals and my list of July goals. I’m having a great summer and I’m glad I’m accomplishing
