One of my goals for 2018 was to learn more and one way I’ve been doing this is by listening to podcasts. I’ve been listening to a lot of different podcasts throughout the year and I wanted to share my favorite podcasts with you.
My Favorite Podcasts
The Health Code
The Health Code is by a health and fitness Youtuber, Sarah’s Day, and her boyfriend, Kurt. In the podcast, they talk about a whole range of topics. I love their tips on health, fitness and career and it’s fun to hear them talk about different relationship topics. This podcasts always leaves me laughing and feeling in a better mood.
Kalyn’s Coffee Talk
If you’re looking for a more relaxed podcast, Kalyn’s Coffee Talk is the way to go. Kalyn Nicholson is a Youtuber who makes lifestyle and motivational videos. If you ever feel like you need to get your life together, check out her videos. Her podcast covers a range of topics like accomplishing your goals and trusting yourself.
Hannah Ashton Podcast
If you are a creator, you definitely need to check out Hannah Ashton’s Podcast. Hannah Ashton is a successful Youtuber and business owner, who’s only 18 years old. She’s very motivational and she often has other creators on her podcast as guests. If you’re looking to learn more about Youtube, social media or owning a business, give her podcast a listen.
Couple’s Therapy by Candice and Casey
My most recent favorite podcast is Couples Therapy by Candice and Casey Neistat. You might think Casey would be the star of the podcast because he’s the famous Youtuber, but I think his wife, Candice, is the true star. This podcast always has me laughing from their hysterical banter. The discussions they have on the podcast are in-depth and insightful.
I love listening to podcasts at the gym because they’re more engaging and I always learn something new. Definitely check out these podcasts because I love them all!
