Summer Weekend In San Diego | Day In My Life

This summer, I’ve been trying to adventure more and explore all of what San Diego has to offer. Over the weekend, my boyfriend and I spent the day at the San Diego County Fair and stopped by the beach. Here’s a look at what a typical day in my life is like on a summer weekend in San Diego.

Summer Weekend

The Fair

The San Diego County Fair is a fun place to visit during the summer. We walked around the booths, exhibits, and rides. My favorite part of going to the fair is the snacks and treats so we had to get some Kettle Corn. Last summer, we went to the fair for my birthday so we got bored after a while because a lot of it was the same. I would definitely recommend going to the fair still for an afternoon of fun!

Outfit of the Day

It was a lot warmer at the fair than I thought it was going to be so I’m glad I wore a crop top. This adorable crop top is from Comfy Cactus, an online boutique I discovered through Instagram. They have really cute pieces and I would definitely recommend checking them out! My sunglasses are from Hashtag Sunglasses, my bralette is from Costco and my jeans are from Kohls. You don’t have to spend a fortune to get a cute summer outfit!

Beach

We decided to stop at the beach on our way home because it was such a nice afternoon. The beach is one of my favorites places, especially during the summer. With the sun on my face and the wind in my hair, I felt free and content.

In-N-Out

For dinner, we stopped at In-N-Out. Is it really a summer’s day in California if you don’t stop at In-N-Out? I’m picky so my go to is a hamburger, spread only and french fries. I already ate half a bag of Kettle Corn at the fair so I decided not to get a milkshake.

I hope you enjoyed this blog post! I’ve loved exploring more this summer and I’m glad I can share my adventures here with you.
